I apologise. I misread some information. Another member of the support team has already suspended your account pending deletion after around 14 days. If you change your mind within that time, it may be possible to prevent the deletion of your account.

My mistake. I set the suspension for account deletion request and then got distracted and forgot to reply to OP.
