It looks as though your account has been terminated. You'll need to sign up again yourself via the account panel. Any files etc. from the old account cannot be recovered.

I'm not able to recreate my account due to country ban. It is my request to hosting staff kindly recreate my hosting account. I really loved it.

Unfortunately we are unable to restore accounts which have been terminated.
Certain countries have been banned due to large amounts of abuse originating from those countries.
You are free to check back at a later date.
