That will sadly not be possible in your case, the only account I see in history for this forum account was removed in August last year.

The only accounts currently restoreable was removed in March this year during our maintenance and migrations.

As far as I know, account creation requests in Discord are processed manually, so you can get an account there (see the sticky in the channel): https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/x10hosting-discord-server.207431/

Also, the backend maintenance is nearly complete. I can't give you an ETA because there is not one available, but the new sign up page should be available in the coming weeks as far as I can tell. Why the site has not been updated to reflect this, I have no idea.
