well, I am apologizing in advance if I'm opening a wrong thread or posting against the rules, but I could not find a way to speak with the administrators here. I use to have a website account at x10 hosting which is removed due to inactivity and I cannot even sign up again. I would like to get back my account if possible and I'm willing to explain the reasons of my inactivities if asked. I will be glad if the administrators can hear me. Thanks

Do you mean signing in? If so then what is the error or issue you're getting while attempting to get in?

#1 - IF your account is suspended for 30 or more days where you did not log-in to the Account Portal (inactivity) - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files - anytime after the 21 day delay - NO backups are made

#2 - what error - if any - do you receive when you try to "sign up again" ?

well, it's the first reason. My files are deleted, account removed. when I sign up, it said error occurred, please try again later. can somebody reinstate my account? I don't care about the file but I want account back.
