Account Reset and Restart from Scratch, Is it possible?

Hi,
I am facing a lot of issues in my account. See the screenshots below, you will understand:



No visitors?? It seems that the domain connection with the logs is lost.



No bandwidth or disk usage?? Where do my files reside then?



MySQL database size is zero? Then how my Wordpress site is running?



I can't change my own FTP password??

It seems that I have really lost control here. Also, the account panel shows the same. Do note, my website is running and when I am viewing its files, I can access them.

I want to get my account back to normal, even if that means resetting all my settings and files. Please do whatever it takes to revive my account.

Maybe it's just that cPanel has a bug. But I don't think that there is a need to reset your account. I will escalate your thread to the ticket area though, so that an admin or account manager may help you with cPanel.
