I was trying to update but I couldn't log into my blog's admin panel. So I went into my cPanel and tried to reinstall it. but now it won't sync up. If I upload via ftp using CUTEFTP, the file doesn't show in the cPanel file manager and vice versa. When I tried installing Nucleus from the Fantastico scripts, it said I already had it running even though I deleted all my files.

Can anyone please reset my account so I can have a fresh start?

i've tried to upload files using the cpanel file manager and my ftp client, but i keep getting 404 errors. plus i can't install fantastico blog scripts because it says i already have it installed, even though the file manager doesn't show anything. i'd really like to put my site back up and I know you guys are busy, but can I get a reply whether I can get my site resetted or fixed?

What's your subdomain\username... there is no magic reset button for us, I don't know why everyone thinks that?
