Account Restoration from Suspension

Hello everyone,

My account has been suspended due to inactivity, however after logging in several times I'm met with a page that does not allow me to unsuspend the account myself. "The Next Step" section simply says: We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute.

It has been almost 20 minutes and every time I log in I cannot get past that page. My account should be unsuspended by now, and it has not been 21 days since the suspension.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

Hello again! Please, can anyone assist me? I have no running site at the moment; it is my professional portfolio, and I'm sure something like this has happened to others with all sorts of sites that are valuable to them!

Can anyone give me a link, or process, or a better forum thread to post in to get this issue resolved? There seems to be zero actual support from X10 Hosting.
