Account "restricted". Why?

I recently got an email from x10 regarding the fact that I didn't "log in for a month and this is a warning". I tried logging in and got this

I don't understand what I did wrong.

Basically, X10 has reason to believe that your account is linked to someone's that has broken the TOS (according to the screenshot you have linked) Have you tried contacting them via E-Mail?
