Has it been longer than 44 days since you last logged onto the forums? After 30 days of no logging in the account is suspended, and 14 days later erased.

I think I haven't been logged more than 44 days.
I didn't use forum account before and I've created it only to resolve this issue.

Once terminated we don't maintain backup,

You can create new account using the same forum account while linking.
