Account/site lost

My site hamishread.com was down for sometime then came back online but instead with the successful apache install page. I can't log into my Cpanel and when I try logging into my x10hosting account it ask for my cpanel username (which didn't work so tried admin would did) and then proceeds to say that I should receive an email that I havn't. I'm not sure what I have done to have my account deleted but I know that it had been sometime since I had signed into the forums and my account. Also cpanel username before hand was hread. anything else I need to provide? Would just like to get my site back up online. Also to an admin please give me level 2 as I operate a wordpress blog.

I know that it had been sometime since I had signed into the forums and my account.

This may be the problem. Under TOS #7 - Inactivity, you are asked / required to login to the forums once every two weeks ( 14 days ) or your account is suspended. If you do not resolve the suspension within 10 days, the account is terminated automatically.

Okay I thought this may be the case. Basically as said in my last post, i can log in to x10hosting.com but get presented with the message wanting to link my site with my cpanel one. Prob is that it has lost my cpanel one (which was hread). As above i said i tried admin which does take me to the next screen saying I should receive an email with Confirmation (which I do not receive). Basically I'm wondering what I need to do. As i simply want to log into my account and restore my site. I'm pretty sure there is nothing I can do but I need an admin to either delete my account which is registered with the domain hamishread.com or have something reset so I can log into my account(both x10hosting,cpanel and FTP).

Termination Details
Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.
Terminated on 05/20/08 at 6:36 pm

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every TWO WEEKS. Accounts must also have a working website within one week of account creation. If you don't use your webspace we will give it to someone who will.
