Given that our Terms of Service states the following (I've bolded and underlined the important part):

Illegal Material: This includes all copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

You will need to provide proof that you legally have the right to redistribute the 1gb of copyrighted mp3's present on the account in order to lift the suspension that has been applied. This must be done through the dispute system only, as the forums aren't considered a secure location to post information such as that. Bear in mind that if you do not have legally binding authorization to redistribute the copyrighted mp3's, the account will remain suspended as we do not tolerate copyright infringement.
