I am a Chinese, and I used a proxy to apply the free hosting package, but it turns to an error, I think it might cause of your policy or TOS.:dunno:

Here I just want to know, is there any way for Chinese to apply your web hosting packages?

Yes, we have to manually create an account. I have escalated this so private data will be safe.
