account still in que

hi,

I have signed up for an hosting account, and have received the confirmation emails as well. it has been more then 2 weeks now every time I click on the link in email it says "An account already exists in the signup queue with the username specified."

how long does it take to create an account as I remember reading it takes 2 weeks max? Help please!!!!!!!!!!!
