My Account was suspended due to inactivity. I have logged in multiple times to my x10 account, but it still shows "error" on the button to access cPanel, preventing me from accessing cPanel. I've received over a hundred "Account Unsuspension Complete" e-mails, but my website (http://beaddiagrams.x10host.com or http://beaddiagrams.com) still says "Error establishing a database connection". My website has been down for days now. Please help!
