Account still suspended after server move

Hello,

My account is still suspended (reason: server move), even though the server move is complete.

Also, I still cannot log in cPanel: I get login attempt failed when trying to log at the url below.
http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

Finally, my website still does not work (timeout)

abcroster.x10hosting.com
abc-roster.com

Can anyone please help?
