account still suspended

Just one more issue, I have two add-on domains that aren't working. They show up on the account management page, but not in cPanel. If I try to add them in cPanel, it throws an error that they already exist, so it doesn't look like I can correct it myself.

Hello,

I did not receive the same error. I did get a different error once about having too many FTP accounts. I just had to delete the existing FTP users and let the add domain process re-create them, and then the domains added fine.

However, there are permanent redirects set up on all domains to
http://x10cossacks.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi. My attempts to disable/remove them on the modify add-on domain section or the redirects page are having no effect.
