I understand that I had a copyrighted image on my website however it was under the creative common license and I didn't realize that I had forgotten the link back as required by creative commons license. If you chose to not unsuspend me I understand however it was as the author put it."This means you're free to copy and share these comics (but not to sell them)"

You need to quote the author correctly.

It's copyright infringement. I get that it's just a webcomic, but it's still wrong to take someone elses work and host it without giving them credit, whether it's a lowly webcomic or Visual Studio 2008. That's why it's under suspension.

For copyright infringement we are unable to unsuspended you.. But please link me to the image...

You should have read their license first, or you should have hotlinked it from them.
Excuse me but I too use the creative common license myself on several of my scripts however forgetting to link back it a very simple thing to do and hotlinking has been problematic with my image script in the past so I just post the actual pictures. I understand that I have broken the rules and will accept whatever you decide.
