Account Suspend

Hi,

My account got suspended because of using Nulled Scripts. But I would like to tell you guys that I did not do it intentionally as I was not aware of it while using wordpress template which I got from some free website. I am requesting you guys to reactivate my account as in future I will make sure that I don't brake any policies of your company. Thank you in advance. My username is "sagard".

This is a zero tolerance permanent suspension as it constitutes Copyright Infringement and because it warns you about it in the TOS. We can't remove the suspension.

Ok, so can you delete my add on domain which is associated with this account. e.g. isagar.com

I would like to use this with another account. That would be great help from you.

The domain is locked to that x10hosting account; in order to use it with another x10hosting account you'll have to wait for that account to self-terminate.

If you want to use it elsewhere, just update your nameservers to reflect those of your new host.
