Account suspended after accessing portal, cant unsuspend

I got your reminder about accessing the portal and did so but my account was still suspended. When I try to unsuspend all I get is

Unsuspension requested. Thank you for your patience.

But nothing happens.

Can you fix please.

to me when I click, the message goes out and nothing happens. exactly as described above.
