it's wordpress system , why it says high system resource usage..?

if you have wp supercache plugin that one is known to cause high resource usage (basically most cache functions can trigger high resource usage suspension as the content grows).

The first step for you would be checking plugins, and disable those you don't really need, excessive usage of plugins often causes high resource usage.
