Account suspended and can't login

That cPanel account has been suspended for proxies. Uploading a proxy is strictly prohibited because it consumes too many resources. It is a permanent suspension.

I know.. I was installing some plugins and it had a proxy script inside it. It never gave me the chance to delete the file? It just suspended me.. I'm wondering if i can get unsuspended..?
