Account suspended and immediately removed

Dear x10hosting,

At 06:43 today I received an email saying that my website (michaelng126.x10.mx) had been removed for inactivity. However when I logged into the control panel I was told that my website did not exist, and now I cannot unsuspend it!

Even if I try to sign up for a new account with this domain, the domain is marked unavailable. As a result my website is down, but I cannot do anything about it! Please fix this issue for me.

Your website is currently active, and you should be able to sign in. Please could you confirm that you are using the correct email address when signing in?

Make sure you're logging in via X10's login and not cPanel's.

Ah, it turns out that I switched my login email and forgot that I did!
