Account Suspended: "Bots were found installed to the account". Which?!?

Good Morning,
I had my account suspended with this motivation, can you please clarify what type and kind of bots have you find on my account? I had a simply website and an internet-sms server, is this against the rules? I have no phishing or strage bots...
I'm asking to know how I broke the rules and, if possible, to review the permanent suspension.

Reasons for suspensions won't be discussed in the forum (as much as anything, to protect your privacy — you know, so that if there was a false positive or your account was compromised through no fault of your own, other people won't think you're guilty of anything); you need to use the suspension appeal process.

If the internet SMS server is hosted on your site then it could be a possible violation depending on what it is doing exactly. But what do I know? It could be a mistake or something.
Anyway, I would do what essellar said for the reasons mentioned.

yes, and that's what I wanted to do to. But in that appeal there is the message:

Suspension Appeal Submitted
You've successfully submitted an appeal against your account's suspension.
We are currently reviewing your account suspension. An update will be provided on this page once a decision has been finalized.

like I have to wait for a reply, BUT the reply from "Eric B" is there, and it seems definitive... I can't reply, there is only GO BACK button. How can I discuss that question? thanks
