I have noticed that my hosting account has been suspended but how can I get my MySQL Dump??

I order to get MYSQL dump you must have access to Cpanel but you cant login if your Account is Under Suspension.So login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and view your suspension reason

Your forum account is not linked to hosting account. Do you remember when did you login to forums(here) last time. If it is more than 41 days then the hosting account might have suspended for inactivity and then terminated. Once terminated you can't get anything back, including the mysql and files.
You are free to re register for new hosting account.
