Hi - I am a paid up illuminated member, but still my account was suspended for some reason. I am pretty sure I have not violated any terms of service yet have lost access to my websites (get 'account suspended message' from every PC I have tried, also no C-panel or FTP access, yet account status is showing as normal in account portal. Can you please help?
