Your account has a Wordpress install on it that is misconfigured or damaged; the install in the "hausofrihanna.com" folder was using an extreme amount of CPU time, likely due to a misconfigured/rogue plugin or theme. To prevent it from crippling the server, we had to suspend the account.
I'm lifting the suspension shortly, however to prevent it from going rogue and killing the server again I've moved the old public_html to public_html_hru, and created a blank one in its place. When you're ready to dig into this, move the files back into public_html and all the sites should restore automatically.
As far as fixing it goes, the best I can recommend is to review the plugins and abandon/disable any that aren't absolutely critical to the site operating; every extra plugin uses resources, but also if left unupdated/unsecured can be a source of exploits. While this doesn't look like it was caused by a security issue, it's still worth removing anything that isn't needed, just to be safe.
Edit: Forgot to mention as well, I've notified senior staff that the dispute form is not functioning properly; they're aware and working on it, but rather than force you to wait it seemed easier to fix it here.
