Account Suspended (Cannot Unsuspend Account)

Hi x10hosting Technical Staffs,

It appears that my account was suspended due to inactivity last Sept. 25, 2013. After I logged-in, I can't find the Unsuspend Account Button.
But there is a message below saying "We are now unsuspending your account. ... ... ...".
I've tried logging-in in different browsers and PCs cause I thought it is a bug but still getting same results.

Is there any steps to be taken in order to unsuspend my account?
Or I violate something that conflicts with T.o.S. https://x10hosting.com/terms
Can someone who can help me regarding with this problem?

You probably forgot to say the magic word "hemisemidemiquaver" , which is a common mistake.
