Account suspended due to chat script

My account has been suspended due to the following reason:" Chatboxes are disallowed on x10hosting."
I wasnt aware of the limitation on number of MYSQl queries.Could my account be unsuspended ?. I am planning to use the chat application without the use of MYSQL database.

It says quite clearly in the ToS that you're not allowed chat scripts

Ya, i've read the TOS thoroughly now and wont be using any such kind of scripts in future.Please unsuspend my account.

Earlier I had done a double-check for another user whose chatbox used flat-files. Those are fine since they don't hog mysql (they might still trip the High Resource Usage scripts, but it won't kill mysql). That same double-check indicated the ones using mysql result in a permanent suspension. As such we can't unsuspend the account.
