Account suspended due to inactivity.

Hi there, Have you tried going through the steps included in this post, they have always worked fine for me. If not it suggests a support ticket but give it a try first in my experience it only takes a few minutes to an hour if requested via the panel but I guess it depends how busy things are.

Your account was not suspended for inactivity, it was suspended for being in an unsupported language without providing an easy access to a translation (access must be available without registration required).
The allowed languages are English, Spanish and French.
If you promise to translate your site into one of those languages, it may be unsuspended. Also it is disallowed to use any automated translation script, such as, but not limited to, "Google Translate.
Note that as of December 1st unsupported language will come under the 0 tolerance policy, which means a suspension would then be permanent.

You were not suspended for inactivity, you were suspended for having an unsupported language.
The only languages that are permitted are English, Spanish, and French.
If you agree that you will change your website or provide an accurate translation to either English, Spanish, or French, an account manager will be able to unsuspend your account.
