Account suspended for high resource usage

Hello,

Today my account got suspended automatically for high system usage. I did unsuspend it but I need to know why did it happen. I'm just using wordpress, please tell me what can be done about it to prevent my account from future suspensions.

Well, it has happened again. Please do something about it.

Mostly the scripts causes the high resource usages are some plugins in wordpress like Google Sitemaps, MySQl backup

So disable all the plugins, enable one by one and check which one is causing it.....

I disabled a few, and now the only ones I'm using are which are must for my blog. Also I have been using these plugins since I started my blog, and this problem has occurred today only that too twice.
