Today (March 16th) I go to my site and I get a 500 error, I refresh the page and it says my account was suspended. So I log in to X10 hosting and it says it was suspended for using too much CPU. I go ahead and unsuspend my account. Here's my problem: I didn't touch my account yesterday, and I just tried to go to my website today (the suspension is dated to today). It used up one of my warnings for CPU usage when I don't think I've hardly used any CPU. I am only running Joomla 1.5 on my site and I have used FTP to transfer a few files on March 14th. Why did it give me the warning? Does it have something to do with the error? Also, is there a way to view my CPU usage?

A variety of things can cause high resource usage. If it isn't a normal occurrence then i would not worry to much. There currently is not a way to view CPU usage. Additionally i believe the warning count resets after a certain amount of time. Even if you get to 3, all you need to do is post a ticket and theres a variety of people who will be willing to unsuspend you
