I've got a support ticket open, but it doesn't appear to have been looked at for three days.
If it does get unsuspended, any ideas what I need to do to prevent it happening again? The site is Joomla based and hosts a hockey club's fixtures etc. It has a forum and all new accounts have to be validated before they can log on so I can't see where the phishing emails might originate from.
Any help would be gladly received.
