account suspended for the inactivity

Dear x10host staffs.

My account has been suspended for the inactivity. This account is so important since my personal portfolio for job searching is on it. Could you unsuspend for it?

when my account suspended, I got following email from x10host.

also I can see no reason when I login to that address, I sent appeal 1 week ago already, no reply yet.. please check this out

To help with this more, let me clarify that the suspension issued on 3/27 was not for inactivity - it was marked as an Administrative Suspension, and was separate from the inactivity warning you received. More recently on 4/11, the account was picked up as having a web-shell on it, indicating the account has been compromised, which explains the Administrative Suspension issued on 3/27.

If you haven't yet, you need to file a dispute through the panel at x10hosting.com/sso/login; if that's returning errors we can try to do the dispute here, however unless the dispute system is broken we need it to go through the official systems whenever possible, as that leaves a log behind with the details of the dispute.

OK, thanks for the reply. I feel there was some misunderstanding for me since I couldn't get any specific reason for the suspend except for 'Administrative suspension'.

If it's compromised, I feel so sorry about that I didn't have good management to prevent it. I think my password for wordpress admin was so easy, I'll change it to way more stronger one. You can delete all the contents and database for my account, and I can re-start my website entirely. Also I promise this kind of things will not happen again.

I'll try my dispute in official way as well, but if you can review and answer my dispute from this post as well, I'll appreciate it.
