Account suspended - high cpu, memory, process

I need help!!!
My account was suspended... the reason: 'high cpu usage, memory usage, and process amounts'
But i havent changed nothing in my site!!! Why high cpu usage, memory and process?????
I think is a problem with x10hosting...
Please... HELP!

This is your third suspension.
Did you try to solve the problem after either of the first two?

EDIT/ADD:

Hint: The admins will unsuspend you and help you figure out what the problem is. Claiming that it is all x10hosting's fault might be not the best tact.

Yes... i tryed...
I have only a simple SMF forum system without mods or plugins...
I changed to maintenance mode... but nothing...
I changed index.php to one empty index.php... but nothing...
Please... HELP!!!

Will escalate and maybe an Admin can check the logs and see what might be causing the problem.
