Account Suspended(hurry up)

My account was suspended on 6th august.I have not uploaded any proxy script on x10hosting. But when i scanned my pc (two days back ) i found a keylogger. So this might be possible that some other guy have my account info and he might have tried to exploit my hosting account.

Oh Plzz guyzz plzz unsuspend my account this is not my fault:dunno:.

if you submitted a ticket, it will be handled as quickly as possible. there are many others ahead of you with their own issues. unfortunately, a situation like this requires a lot of administrator attention and can't be just a simple automated system with a quick reply.
