Account Suspended immediately after installing ownCloud

Howdy,
Immediately after setting up the admin account for owncloud my account was suspended, after reviewing the terms of use I realized that owncloud is a script that is not allowed. could i please get the account un suspended and does anyone know any alternatives to owncloud that are ok to use.

What should be pointed out is that it's expected that all who consider registering for this free web host (or in fact any other services) to read the ToS before hand.
