Account suspended - need to recover files

Hi, I had web files on team360group.x10.mx server and I have been using the server with ftp most of the time. This time I tried logging onto the server and it gave me access denied. Then I checked the website and it says account suspended. When I logged in onto the website, it told me to register again using the same email, which I did but the files aren't there anymore.

The email address linked to this account isn't the same as the one on the team360group.x10.mx account, nor is it the same forum username. The other account hasn't been erased however; it still shows susspended as of 8-31, so there's still time to login to it to resolve it (it's another gmail account, but not the same one you're currently on).

Oh thanks! I didn't realize that I had different email associated with I that account. Thanks alot! You may close/delete the thread now.
