Account Suspended, No Reason Given

My account has been suspended, my website is down, and I cannot access Cpanel.
However, no reason was given for the suspension, and I have no idea what I should do to get my account back.

I see an account, not sure about the cpanel bit.
I've been with x10 for over six months, at least now. I'd have to check server logs to be sure, but I can't reach them at the moment

I was able to login this evening, and now the account is gone :/

Yes. I've been working on the site for a good week now, adding new things. And then just now, *bam* its gone.
