Account suspended - not sure why !

Hi, when I log into my free account I get the following message regarding the website

Suspension Reason user transfered to another server.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

Have I done something wrong or is this just an administrative suspension because you've moved my account somwhere else ?

Can the account be reopened ?
