Account suspended. Not sure why.

I've usually been able to auto-unsuspend by logging in, but this time it is not working. My domain is:
princetonbluefish.x10host.com

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

from what i can see you unsuspended your account.
but i can see you have a temp suspension staff may need to check this.

you had a history of not logging in every 30 days
its required to log in once within 30 days.
then you have 30 more days (60 in all) before the system purges or marks it for deletion.

Understood. I regained access to my registered email so I will be more attentive in logging in every 30 days. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help remove the temporary suspension.

Are you able to see if the files were purged from the site? I'm not sure how to check that.

Also, if I upgrade to the "Starter" plan, will the account be unsuspended? I just need the website to be live and I will gladly pay for that to happen.

i know if you get the "starter" package that will stop the need to login every 30 days.
what else is available im not sure.

staff would need to unsuspend it for you to proceed with the "starter" package.
i can send them a note of your intent and see what they say.
you would just need to wait for them to reply.

Looks like the site has been unsuspended. I will be purchasing the "Starter" upgrade later today. Thank you for your help!
