Account suspended on wrongful terms

My account was suspended, and the reason was "File hosting zt". I believe that to mean I was using the hosting account to hold files. This is not true. I own a domain which was redirected to my website which was hosted on your account. You could have visited map.mattminecraft.com to see the files, but unfortunately it will now just give you a 404 error. Please inform me of the steps to take to clear this up.
