Account suspended? Phising?!

Hello, it appears my account has been wrongly suspended.

It says it was suspended for "Phising", however my files don't contain anything related to that.

I suppose I see how it might look like Phising, though I assure you it's not. I have a few text files with random username, and passwords, due to the fact that x10hosting doesn't seem to allow you to do much with phpMyAdmin, (for free users), these text files are just used to authenticate users.

I would like to continue to use X10hosting.com, and become a future customer.

Users suspended under the zero tolerance policy are permanently denied access to their account and files. You will not be able to retrieve your files.
