Account suspended - PHProxy script

I did not realise that PHProxy scripts were not allowed. Please could you unsuspend my account?

TOS http://x10hosting.com/tos.php clearly state that

Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

This type of suspension falls under Zero Tolerance Policy, Your account is permanently suspended. And it will be terminated after 10 days. There is no way to get your Account back.
