account suspended please help

Hi there
My free account appears to suspended, I cannot even logon. I have a full paid hosting package with you guys.

I still would like to have the free site. Please, help would be greatly appreciated. Used the free hosting to trial x10hosting and was running a test website off it, which I need to retrieve. So, pretty please help.

We have no free hosting account with the username teqdepot.

Is teqdepot the cPanel username of your paid account? if so, we need the cPanel username of your free account.
Also, from the client area, you can create a support ticket to have your files moved from your free account to your paid account.

Yes it was the name of the free hosting account

teqdepot.x10hosting.com

was the subdomain. Thank you for your help by the way

that account was terminated Nov 4 for being suspended for more than 10 days.
