Account suspended, plz help!

My account has been suspended by high resources, I really do not understand ... i send a support ticket a few days ago to help me remove whatever is causing this high use of resources because i've eliminated as much as I could and I do not use but eventually reaches the warning 3 of 3 and I can not unsuspend , what I was doing was updating a translator module joomla .. I updated modules before but this is the first time I stopped for doing this.

Unsuspend my account please.

All CMS systems seem to use a lot of resources. If they run over 240 seconds per hour or use over 25% of the server's CPU, they will get you suspended. The updater scripts seem to be even more heavy. If you have any modules that you don't necessarily need, I would recommend uninstalling them.
