Hey, I'm having the same problem other people seem to be having. My account is suspended and trying to open a support ticket results in "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (getupdated)." And of course I can't connect to my FTP domain. I realize other threads are ahead of me in getting resolved but if I could have my account restored whenever, I would really appreciate it. Thanks. :wink:
