Account suspended without notification

hello ,
i have a premium hosting account for 3 years with x10premium since last one year,


2 hour ago i tried to open my websites but this account has been suspended page came front of me,
i dont know why this happened to me, and also i didnt got any kind of notification from x10premium,

i also submit a ticket in client panel but i didnt got any reply about this.
i also tell him that if i done something wrong then i ready to make it correct now.
i also contact them through x10premium.com contact form but still i didnt got any reply.

i have around 20 websites including website directory, article directory, link website, video website and social networking website. main domain is smilecampus.dot.org


that is all my one year work on internet, those sites are everything for me,


i want my websites back,

please anyone tell me what i do... please help

If you have premium account then you should ask support in premium client area --> https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php

i always used that panel to contact support and always they reply me very quick,
but only today i got reply very late...
now my account working fine...
