Account suspended

It says my account has been suspended for "phishing site located on account". This is absolutely untrue! I've been developing this site for the company (which will remain unnamed). I simply used this webhost to show my work.

My question is: what do I need in order to get my account reactivated?

Your account has been suspended due to a violation in our terms of service. if you feel you did not violate the terms of service, you may open a support ticket disputing this suspension.

It seems I'm not able to. My only options were to either open a ticket or look through their kb.

For future reference: A user can only unsuspend them selves if the reason is inactivity or resource usage (the first two times, the third resource usage suspension needs to be attended by admin). Due to this it's safe to say that all threads with an account suspended for any other reason needs to be escalated.


I'll escalate it and see if I can find the one who put the suspension (he/she probably can explain more as to why).
