That means that on your website, you posted CD keys that could activate Windows software without purchasing it. This is aiding in the illegal distribution of copyrighted material, and breaks international copyright laws.

I currently do not have access to your website, so I don't know where these were posted.

If you are confident that you never placed these Windows CD keys to your website, I can escalate this ticket up to staff for you so you can dispute the suspension. They will be able to access your files and tell you where these CD keys were found.
