Account suspended

About 2 minutes ago my account was suspended. I check why and sent a re activation message and the reason i was suspended was apparently due to this.

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

I actually have no idea why it said that because i didnt change anything. A guy told me this though today

I checked the log, and I'm not sure if that is the cause. According to log there was more then one file involved in what lead up to suspension.

The main reason would be there was more then 20 concurrent processes. If it happens again it probably is something that would require a little more investigation. If not probably just caused by a temporary peak in usage.

Well i was just browsing my forum then a mybb error came up saying that the limited amount of users were online (when only 2 were online) then it said i was suspended.

If you continue to get suspended for high system resource usage, post back and a staff member will be able to look into the issue for you.

You may want to check the error logs in your cpanel too, there may be a clue there as to what is causing your problem, as some errors can cause high system usage if they reoccur. (error logs are different from staff logs...they tell you any issues about pages on your site.-it's good to check them now and again.)

Is the error happening on a specific page on your site, or just randomly?

This has just happened again. No idea why its happened twice. Im not even adding/edditing anything when this comes up.

It seems like you were suspended a third time for high system resource usage. The only way to get unsuspended now is to get an account manager to manually unsuspend you.

I will escalate this ticket up to an account manager for you. They will be able to help you find which files are causing the high system resource usage suspension.
